ABSTRACT
This study investigates the systemic discrimination faced by LGBTQ individuals in workplace and healthcare settings in India. Despite increasing awareness and legal advancements, pervasive biases against this community persist, affecting their mental and physical well-being. This paper highlights the dual challenges of workplace harassment and healthcare inequities, emphasizing the urgent need for inclusive policies and sensitization programs. Through a review of existing literature and case studies, the paper underscores the multifaceted nature of the issue and proposes actionable recommendations for fostering equality and inclusivity. Addressing these challenges will benefit not only LGBTQ individuals but also society by promoting diversity and equity.
